Water is very important for every living being. Humans, animals, plants and trees all need water to survive.
If you water a plant with clean water every day, it grows green and healthy. But if the water is dirty, the plant becomes weak. Our body is the same — it needs clean food, clean water, fresh air, sunlight, sleep, and happiness.
We should have a relationship with nature. A farmer who grows vegetables in his garden knows how food grows. Fresh food from nature is usually healthier than packaged food full of chemicals.
For example, carrots are a simple food — they do not need long ingredient labels. But chips or soft drinks often contain artificial ingredients. Humans have been eating natural foods — fruits, vegetables, eggs, milk, butter, grains, fish, and meat — for thousands of years.
Instead of worrying too much about "protein," "fat," or "vitamins," ask yourself: Is this food fresh? Where did it come from? How do I feel after eating it?
Simple daily habits matter: getting up early, spending time outside in nature, eating at the right times, and leaving a long gap overnight between dinner and breakfast. These actions calm the mind and keep the body active.
Most importantly: health does not depend solely on medicine. It comes from simple living, nature, love, clean water, healthy food, sunlight, exercise, and peaceful thoughts.
